How changing expectations are shaping the way we think about customer service

Join speaker T. Scott Gross for a an informative and entertaining discussion on how Generation Y is changing customer service. Scott will touch on two significant trends that are unfolding right now: 1) service is being unbundled and bought as an adjunct to the purchased product; 2) the personalization of both the product and the service that goes with it. Both must be seen in the light of Gen Y, the Millennial Generation, and social media, a trend we as society have yet to get our arms completely around.

T. Scott Gross is best know as the author of Positively Outrageous Service, his first of more than a dozen books on customer service and management.

Also known as a storytelling humorist, Scott’s keynotes and seminars are packed with practical ideas. Scott believes when audiences are laughing, someone is listening.
