If sharing is caring – learning is growing. CE3 is a yearlong program where team members engage in insight sessions led by CE subject-matter experts. These experts share their know-how with the group and follow that with an assignment to help put the learning into practice.
The program helps create CE deep generalists by expanding and cultivating mad skills learned in the sessions. It’s like a cross between Reading Rainbow, Bill Nye the Science Guy and Schoolhouse Rock! — except it’s 2011 and there is definitely no singing.
